This shining example of diminished mental capacity made a 2 year old child sick by smoking crack in the same room. Her demented rationalization was that she didn't think it would affect him "because he was sleeping".
A second PinHead award goes to the actual mother of the child, a pillar of maternal love, who allowed her son to be in the company of this lowlife. Ironically the mother's last name is McCracken.
